2pm – 6pm Registration at Oatlands Park Hotel. Visits to Hampton Court Palace or Windsor and Eton will be offered to those arriving early
6pm. Drinks reception followed by dinner at the Oatlands Park Hotel, Weybridge. There will be an extensive barbeque served on the hotel terrace, with entertainment (details to follow).

7am – 9am. Breakfast at Oatlands Park Hotel (included in room booking)
9am. Coach transport leaving Oatlands Park Hotel for central London (Covent garden) taking in the sights of Central London (Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Regent Street etc.). The trip includes entry to the United Grand Lodge of England headquarters (Freemasons Hall) at Great Queen Street, and a tour of the building, including the Grand Temple where we hope to listen to the grand organ. Following the visit, there will be time to stroll around the famous West End of London with its numerous bars and restaurants, and see some of the attractions of our great city, before returning to Great Queen Street to pick up the coach back to the hotel at 3pm taking in some more sights of London. Arrive by approx. 4.30pm.
5.30pm. Coach transport leaving Oatlands Park Hotel for Cole Court Masonic centre, Twickenham. Don’t forget regalia.
6pm Ritual in the main temple at Cole Court Masonic Centre, Twickenham. All guests are welcome to attend but please note that the meeting will be restricted to Freemasons of regular and recognised lodges for a short period at the conclusion. During this time, non-masons will be able to enjoy the entertainment arranged for this part of the evening (details to follow) and may enjoy a drink in the bar.
7pm Drinks reception on the lawns (weather permitting) followed by a dinner at Cole Court, Twickenham Masonic Centre, with various musical entertainment (details to follow).
11pm approx. Return coach transport from Cole Court, Twickenham, to Oatlands Park Hotel, Weybridge.

Local churches will welcome you as a visitor and a short morning trip may also be offered depending on interest. Followed by departure of guests.
